The work consists of updating the studies, controlling and monitoring the asphalting works (30 km in bituminous concrete), the construction of structures (bridge, collectors and gutters), public lighting using photovoltaic solar energy, construction of a toll booth and raising awareness of environmental protection, health and road safety.

The project also takes into account the construction of socio-educational and commercial infrastructure (construction of school buildings, school fences, construction of covered market sheds in Takpamba and Katchamba, paving of parking and clearance areas, drilling positive for human motricity and construction of latrines).
